Notices of claimed infringement (DMCA)

If you believe material stored on CardGlyph infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent:

Your notice must include:

  1. your physical or electronic signature;
  2. the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
  3. the material you believe infringes it, with enough detail for us to find it;
  4. your contact details (address, phone, email);
  5. a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
  6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

We act quickly on valid notices, remove or disable the material, and tell the user.

Counter-notices

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same agent with: your signature; the material removed and where it was; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and phone; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, outside the US, any district where we may be found) and to accept service from the person who sent the notice. Unless that person tells us they have filed a court action, we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days.

Repeat infringers

We keep a record of valid notices and close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.

What we host

Cards made without an account stay in the maker's browser and never reach us. Members' cloud projects are private. CardGlyph has no public gallery and no public sharing links.

Trademarks and no affiliation

CardGlyph is an independent tool, not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by any game publisher. Trademark concerns can go to the same address.
