1. Who we are and what CardGlyph is
CardGlyph is an online studio for designing your own original cards, operated by ENGRAIN AI LLC
("we", "us"), doing business as CardGlyph. You need a free account to open the editor. A pass or membership adds
member features, and AI art uses images from your balance.
2. Accounts
You must be 18 or older to create an account. People under 13 may not use CardGlyph.
Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under
your account.
When you sign up you agree to these Terms and to the Content Guidelines.
We record that agreement (date, version and technical details) as proof.
3. Free use, passes and membership
Free account: the full editor, with a watermark on every card and preview-quality single-card export.
Uploading your own frames, symbols and fonts is part of the membership.
30-Day Pass: one payment of $59 for 30 days of member features and 100 AI images. It does
not renew. A pass bought while you are already a member starts when your current membership ends.
Yearly membership: $249 per year for member features and 600 AI images per year. It renews
automatically each year at the then-current price until you cancel. We email you a reminder 7 to 14 days
before each renewal. You can cancel online at any time from your account; you keep member features until the
end of the year you paid for.
Prices are in US dollars. Taxes may be added where the law requires. Purchases are sold and processed through
Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record for the sale. Your bank statement will show
LINK.COM* CARDGLYPH, and your receipt comes from Link, Stripe's checkout service. We never see or
store your card number.
4. AI images
Each AI generation, including every retry and every edit, uses one image from your balance. Images included with a pass or membership
are used first and end when that pass or membership year ends. Purchased image packs never expire.
Requests blocked by our content checks, and generations that fail, never use an image.
Images in your balance are tied to your account. They have no cash value, can't be transferred, sold or
given to anyone else, and are not gift cards.
The AI generator follows the Content Guidelines. Its checks are automatic
and sometimes wrong; you can ask us to review a block.
To the extent we have any rights in an image you generate, we assign them to you. AI-generated images may
not be protected by copyright, and similar images may be generated for other people. You are responsible for
how you use them.
5. All sales are final
What you buy is delivered the moment your payment goes through: access time for a pass or membership, and
AI image generations for an image pack. All sales are final and we do not give refunds, for used or
unused purchases, except where the law requires one.
Image generations are not tokens, credits or money. They have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money.
Requests blocked by our content checks, and generations that fail on our side, never use an image, so you
never pay for a picture you didn't get.
Before you pay, you confirm on the purchase screen that you want immediate access and that you give up
any right to withdraw or cancel for a refund once your purchase is delivered. We record that confirmation.
Where the law gives you a right of withdrawal (for example in the EU and UK), it ends once delivery has
begun.
How to ask for a refund: because Stripe is the merchant of record, you can request a refund through
Stripe from your purchase receipt, or email [email protected].
Refund requests are answered within 48 hours.
Yearly membership: cancel any time before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Cancelling stops future
renewals; the current year is not refunded.
If you were charged by mistake (for example twice for the same purchase), contact [email protected] and we will put
it right.
6. Your content
You keep the rights you have in what you make and upload. You promise you have the right to use every image,
font and text you add, and that your use doesn't break the Content Guidelines or
the law.
For members' cloud save, you let us store and copy your projects and files only to provide the service to
you. Cloud projects are private: we don't publish or share them.
We may remove content and suspend features to comply with the law or these Terms.
7. Copyright complaints
We respond to notices of claimed copyright infringement under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act. See
Copyright & IP for how to send a notice or a counter-notice. We close the accounts of
repeat infringers.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the Content Guidelines, commit payment fraud or
file bad-faith payment disputes. Membership time and images lost because of a violation are not refunded.
You can delete your account at any time from your account panel. Deleting it cancels a yearly membership
and removes your cloud projects. We keep payment and agreement records as the law requires.
If we ever shut CardGlyph down, we will give at least 30 days' notice so you can use your remaining images
and download your work.
9. No affiliation
CardGlyph is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by any game
publisher. All trademarks belong to their owners. Default frames, symbols, templates and sample text are
original to CardGlyph.
10. Disclaimers and limits
CardGlyph is provided "as is". Keep backups of work that matters (project files, or cloud save for members).
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability
is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. [Governing law and dispute terms to be

11. Changes
We may update these Terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you and ask you to accept the new version before
you keep using paid or AI features.
