Do I need to install anything?
No. CardGlyph runs in any modern browser on a computer, tablet or phone. Sign in and start designing.
Where are my cards saved?
In your browser, automatically, as you work. You can also save a project file at any time. Members get private cloud save that syncs across computers. Your designs are never shared or published.
Can I use my own artwork?
Yes, on every account. Upload images you have the right to use. Members can also upload their own fonts, frames and symbols.
How do AI images work?
Describe what you want and CardGlyph makes artwork shaped for your card. Each generation, including a retry or an edit, uses one image from your balance. Requests blocked by our Content Guidelines and generations that fail never use one.
What does the free account include?
The whole editor. Free cards carry a large watermark and export one at a time at preview quality. A pass or membership removes the watermark and unlocks print-quality export.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. You get what you buy right away: access time for a pass or membership, and image generations for a pack. If you were charged by mistake, email [email protected] and we’ll fix it.
How do I cancel the yearly membership?
From your account in the studio, any time before the renewal date. We email you a reminder before each renewal. You keep member features until the end of the year you paid for.
